Step 1: Book & confirm

We require an Inspection Agreement to be in place between ‘the client’ and ‘the inspector’ prior to an inspection being carried out. This agreement clearly explains what will be inspected and how the inspection will be carried out. We will send out a Inspection Agreement for you to review and accept.

 After the Inspection Agreement is accepted, the inspection is scheduled with the relevant party and completed accordingly. 

Step 3: Report

 A report will be produced, specifically tailored to the findings of your inspection. 

Step 4: Follow-up & advice

Step 4: Follow-up & advice

A follow up phone consultation is available to clarify any details within the report and is a great opportunity to chat to your building inspector regarding their findings. Bill will be able to go through the report in detail and give you peace of mind you understand the implications of the reports findings.
