We require an Inspection Agreement to be in place between ‘the client’ and ‘the inspector’ prior to an inspection being carried out. This agreement clearly explains what will be inspected and how the inspection will be carried out. We will send out a Inspection Agreement for you to review and accept.
To get started call us on 0424 679 992
or email us at Contact@abuiltengineering.com.au
Once the Inspection Agreement we send out is accepted an inspection is scheduled with yourself, the builder or real estate agent. Then a inspection is carried out.
A report will be produced by your inspector that will provide findings to you regarding the condition of the property at the date and time of inspection with a focus on areas of concern and major defects.
A follow up phone consultation is available to clarify any details within the report and is a great opportunity to chat to your building inspector regarding their findings. Bill will be able to go through the report in detail and give you peace of mind you understand the implications of the reports findings.
